Your family has helped my family through way too many funerals starting with my natural Mom's death in May of 82. I remember the man that's in that picture and I am truly sorry for your loss. Condolence: I have so many memories of your dad when I was a child. Your dad and my dad were such good friends. I have so many old photographs - some of the "Rotary" days which included your mom and dad and my parents. Your dad was a great guy.

Condolence: I have just recently seen the obituary for Gerald, and I am sorry I am late in passing on my condolences. My contact with Gerald was in Rotary in the 70's when we both ere members of Rotary Club of Sudbury. WE moved back to Norway, but I will never forget the meeting with Gerald and the good fellowship we enjoyed. May you rest in peace. To the family I would like to say: a great man has said farewell. Be proud of him. I am proud of having known him.

Condolence: Gerry and Geoffrey, Thanks for letting me know of your father's passing.I had met both your parents in South Africa, 30 or 40 years ago , when they were out there on a Rotary mission.At a reception for them in Bethlehem , your father gave such an interesting talk on Canada !The South Africans always wanted to know about the snow, and he told them that you regularly get 10 ft of snow ! This as you can imagine , was incredible for sun drenched South Africans was unbelievable! Marguerite always wore a flower in her hair , and always had a smile on her face. . .They had kept up the connection over all these years , which I do appreciate .
