Obituary for Franco Lido Pagnucco

In Loving Memory
of
Franco Lido Pagnucco
It is with deep sadness that we announce that our own Home Grown Hero passed away surrounded by family on January 22nd, 2017.

He is survived by his mother Maria (Piccin), predeceased by father Gerardo in 1968, special companion Kelly Shultis, sisters Valerie (Grant Starko), Carla (Norm Groulx) and his precious nieces Christina, Taylor and Julia. We are forever grateful to Dan MacIsaac for the unwavering support he provided to Franco.
Franco was born and raised in Sudbury where he attended Lockerby High School prior to graduating from Queen's University. He worked for the INCO Triangle, Northern Life, Cambrian College, the Sudbury Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Mines and Northern Development (Communications Branch). His many accomplishments include the publishing of the Sports History Books Heroes and Home Grown Heroes. As an avid fisherman, hunter and an outdoor enthusiast, his wit and sense of humour will be greatly missed by his many friends.
