Passed peacefully, Tuesday morning, January 31st, 2017 at the Golden Manor, Timmins, after a lengthy battle with Parkinson's at the age of 90.

Loving father to Linda (Doug Johnson) from Sarnia, Diana from Alberta and Susan (Marc Latourelle) from Timmins. Beloved Deda to Jennifer (Scott Meharey), Kristy Ann (Bryan Spowart). Garret, Nathan and Brandon Latourelle. Cherished Great Dede to Addison, MJ Latourelle and MyKenna Spowart. Born in 1926 in Hafford, Sask., to Jack and Irene (Kardash) predeceased. Dear brother of Effie Joanette, predeceased.

Victor found his way to Sudbury, where he married Verna (Slobodian) predeceased. He worked at Inco for 35 yrs. After retiring in 1982, he became a trapper. He loved the outdoors, so he continued this until 2014. In 1997, they made their home in Timmins.

Interment in the family plot at the Civic Memorial Cemetery, Sudbury
(Friends may call 4-8 P.M. Friday and after 10:00 A.M. Saturday)
