It’s with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our loving mother Diane Godin on Tuesday April 4th, 2017.

Forever grateful and in our hearts, her children; Sharon (Nick Warus), Charlene (Murray Titus), Debbie, Jamie (Christopher Walker) and Blair. Predeceased by her loving husband and our father Ronnie Godin. Survived by special friend Richard Charette.
Beloved daughter of Diane Mayes (nee Strasbourg). Dear sister of Bruce Mayes (Donna), Bobby Mayes, Darlene (Smith) Lapierre, Danny Smith (Dianne) and predeceased by Charlie Mayes (Diane). Dear grandmother to Colin Warus, Alix Warus, Alishia Lavallie (Corey Tufford) and Lara Lavallie (Jonathan Tulloch), Bailey Lafortune and Katelynn Lafortune. Missed by close family friend Royleen Chaput. Sadly missed by niece and nephews: David, Meredith, Mitchell (predeceased), Randy, Wesley and Jackson.
Tootsie as she was known in her younger days will always be remembered for her "joie de vivre", her laughter and incredulous dancing. She downhill skied into her 50's, loved to camp and could bowl a Perfect Game. Her greatest love and gift of giving were paramount to her children. She took on this world with honesty, grace and pride with an unsurpassed inner-strength that she instilled in all of us.
