Paul Peter Derro

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Paul Derro, 63 years, on Thursday, April 13th, 2017 at home surrounded by the love and comfort of his family.

Beloved husband of Dr. Linda Tenhunen. Proud and loving father of Jordan and Leah. Son of the late Peter Derro and the late Betty Derro (nee Taylor). Dear brother of Chris Derro (Bev) and Bob Derro (Leslie). Pre-deceased by his sister Susan Tosato (nee Derro). Loving brother in law to Gloria Blomme (Chris), the late Kristine Ross (David) and the late Gary Tenhunen. Paul’s easy humour will be much missed by his numerous nieces and nephews and cousins and by his many friends. Sadly missed by his canine friend Henry.

Paul was many things in his life, a writer, a student, a teacher, a poet, an investigator, a musician, a comedian, an actor, a friend and most of all a loving husband and father. He was a lover of life and embraced the challenges life presented fearlessly.

R. J. Barnard Chapel
Thursday, April 20th, 2017 at 11:30am
Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium.
