It is with great sorrow that we announce her passing on April 26th, 2017 at Health Sciences North, Sudbury surrounded by the love and comfort of her family.

Theresa loved spending time with her family and was an avid Bingo player.
Dear daughter of Godfrey and Annie (Dufresne) Lavigne both predeceased. Beloved wife of Albert Ducharme predeceased. Loving mother of Freda Daly (Dave predeceased) of Wasaga Beach, Stephen (Kim) of Azilda, Ray predeceased (Sirpa) of Dowling, Fern (Cindy) of Dowling, Guy predeceased, Danny (Bonnie) of Dowling, Yvonne Roy (Cleo) of Dowling, Paul predeceased and Anne of Sudbury. She will be sadly missed by 12 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.

Survived by her sisters Lillian and Lena (Robert), predeceased by sisters Ramona, Alda, Pauline and brothers Henry, Omer, Joseph, Kenneth, Billy, Hector, Charlie, Steve and Eugene. Will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews.

The family wishes to extend their sincere appreciation to all of the staff at the Health Sciences North Nephrology Unit and to all the staff on the 7th Floor for their kind care of their mother.
