NEUFELD, Susanne – Passed with peace and grace on August 24th, 2017, comfortably in her home. Predeceased by her parents Ina (1982) and Karl (1988). Survived by her husband Art of Lively, son Stephan (Amanda) of White Lake, son Thomas (Angie) of Kingsville, and daughter Eva (Karl) of Lively. Susanne cherished her eight grandchildren Jacob, Emma, Daniel, Lauren, Nathan, Ryan, Josef and Lena.
Susanne was born in Linz, Austria. She and Art married in 1971. Susanne had careers with Inco, Bell Canada and Laurentian University, where she retired from in 2014. She was an avid traveller, foodie, and gymnast. She valued hard work, time with her dogs and spending time with her family above all.
A celebration of her life will be held in the R. J. Barnard Chapel, Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home, 233 Larch St., Sudbury on Saturday, September 2nd, 2017 at 11:30am. (Friends may gather after 11am Saturday). Donations in lieu of flowers to the Northern Cancer Foundation.
