Condolence From: jean kozelko
Condolence: My aunt was my last living link to my father's family. My Dad died at age 55, and all the things I did not ask hime about our ancestors would have been lost, had my aunt not filled those gaps of history.
Those conversations were an insite into living through a war, the challenge of being a forced labourer in another land, and starting a new life in Canada with nothing but what fit into an old suitcase.
I got to keep up my Ukrainian language on our many conversations, and meet my cousins when they came to visit.
I hope in her afterlife she will find a kinder more peacefull place.
Rest in Peace, Vichnaya Pamyat. From your neice Jean and family
