Peacefully Sunday, October 29th, 2017 at Extendicare Falconbridge, Sudbury with loving family at his side.

Beloved husband of Agnes Roy (nee Bobbie). Loving father of Daniel (w. Lynda) Roy. Dear son of Albert and Eva (Duhamel) Roy predeceased. Dear brother of Aline Grenon (husband Francis predeceased) and predeceased by Leo, Maurice and Fernand. Sadly missed by nieces and nephews.
Bernard was a life resident of the Sudbury area. He had been a salesperson in the food industry with Hostess General Foods and Palm Dairies and a diamond driller with Smith and Travers and Falconbridge Ltd. A proud Canadian he served overseas 1951-1953 discharged in 1954. He was a member of Canadian Corp. Commissioners at Falconbridge Ltd., Cambrian College and the Taxation Centre. In younger years he enjoyed fishing. He was a great fan during the years his son played hockey. He will be remembered as an easy-going man who was devoted to his loving family.
