Condolence: Sarah,Christopher,and families, I was extremely saddened to hear of the passing of Gary, beloved father, grandfather and brother.I do have some feelings of relief having spoken to him the day before his passing.It was a thoughtful and warm conversation.Rest with the assurance that Gary is now with his love of life,Joan for eternity. Condolence: We are going to miss you Gary. You fought your battle with courage and strength so yes you were tough right to the end. You were devoted to your family cherishing all of the good times filled with fun and laughter. That's what we will remember....the camp days filled with tubing, sauna and swims, card games and story telling where laughter filled the room and there was always the competition for the talking stick especially when the Jacobson girls gathered; building and fixing with my dad, the late night boat trips from our place to yours, listening until we heard the boat motor stop, knowing you were back at your place safely; trying to not embarrass you when I curled with you in a tournament; you buying the most noisy toys for Taylor to drive me crazy, making sure he always had fun; you taking such good care of Joan always, and so much more. I know now that you are with your beloved Joan again and that comforts me. I know too that you are with all of our angels. Good bye for now but not forever and one day we will meet again.
