It is with sadness the family announces the passing of Ralph Horn on Monday, December 4th, 2017 at Health Sciences North. Father of Yolanda Thibeault (Glenn), Todd Horn (Amelia), and survived by his sister Doreen Dewar (Bob) and wife Lynda Horn. Grandpa to Trinity, Thea and Poppy. Ralph was predeceased by his parents Rita and Carl Horn. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the ICU team, specifically Dr. Kyle McKechnie, nurses Sheldon Burton, Michelle Henri, and Maria.

Cremation with interment in the family plot at the Park Lawn Cemetery.
