Beloved husband of Neldra Burke (nee Taylor) (predeceased). Loving father of Marvin (Loretta predeceased), Rochelle (Anthony), Coleen (predeceased), Daryl, Helen (John), Laurie, Jillianne, Angela (Blair), Steven and Amanda (Robert). Loving grandfather of 24 Grandchildren and 27 Great Grandchildren. Dear son of Walter and Eva Burke (both predeceased). Treasured brother of Lucy (predeceased), Kenneth (Elva), Wayne (Suzanne) Marguarite and Vernon (predeceased).
Willard will be fondly remembered for his love of Fishing, Driving, Pepsi and his love of country music.
