Beloved husband of Gail Starks (nee Brimner) predeceased. Loving father of Chris Starks predeceased, John Starks (Suzanne), and David Starks (Firouzeh). Cherished Grandfather of Matthew predeceased, Teena, William, Iman and Jasmine. Beloved son of William Starks and Doris. Sadly missed by all the Bahá’í community and by his many friends.
