Cecil was born in Englehart and married the love of his life, Marlene, in 1959. He was a mechanic at INCO, retiring in 1991 with 32 years of service. He enjoyed the outdoors and spending countless hours coaching and volunteering his time for his children and the community. “Grandpa/Papa” was a kind, very loving and generous person who was devoted to his family. He was always there to lend a helping hand and will be forever remembered for his witty sense of humor.
