Beloved wife and best friend of 45 years to Neil Burns. Loving mother of James Burns (Amber) and Wendy Meldrum-Ruiters. Cherished Grandma Willy of Jazzy. Predeceased by her parents Gilbert and Pearl McGee (Tisdale). Dear sister of Hazel Rusgnak (Benny), Diane Huffman (Bob predeceased), Sharon Hembruff (Ken) and John McGee (Tina). She will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and the Burns family. She will also be missed by her best friend Nicole Labelle.
Willy worked as an educational assistant at St. Charles College. She had a knack for working with special needs children. She loved to paint and over the years created many beautiful paintings. Her favorite pass time was fishing and she once caught a 5lb pickerel!
A private family service will take place. A celebration of her life will be announced at a later date.

Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium.
