Beloved husband of Lynn predeceased and Annette Hastings. Loving father of Paula Baisley (Marica Ranger) and Erin predeceased. Dear stepfather of Jennifer Hastings (Jamie) and Jason Hastings (Jen). Cherished grandfather of Logan and Alleymay. Dear brother of Robert (Isabel), Bruce (Linda), Shirley Steeves, and predeceased by Donnie. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, who were all close to his heart.

Born in Moncton, N.B., Dave retired from INCO as a smelter foreman with 33 years of service. He enjoyed spending time at his camp at Barrie Island.

At Dave’s request there will be no public visitation. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. Donations to Wild at Heart would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home.
