In Loving Memory
Sunday, October 7th, 2018 at his home.
It is with sadness that the Michel family and staff at A & J Home Hardware have lost another one of its very special and dedicated employees of 37 years. Otto did his job with great pride and outstanding skill. He will be lovingly remembered as the “guy in the suspenders”. The customers always recognized Otto as a “fountain of knowledge” in the store. Otto was an avid reader and loved every aspect of prospecting and gardening. He always kept busy re-inventing or altering gadgets and tools around his home. He will be sadly missed by his extended family of A & J’s staff and customers. His friends would like to extend their special thanks to the PSWs, to all the nurses and Doctors; especially Laura Hill his little “angel” nurse practitioner; who have helped Otto in the last couple of years. Otto’s quality of life was greatly improved due to their dedication, kindness and care. We would like to express our appreciation to the staff and volunteers at Meals on Wheels and Bayshore.
Otto’s friends would like to extend an invitation to attend a celebration of his life at Eddie’s restaurant and bar, on October 23, 2018 at 15:00 to 19:00.
Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium.
Arrangements entrusted to the Lougheed Funeral Home.
