Peacefully, Sunday, October 21st, 2018 at Health Sciences North, with his loving wife at his side.

Beloved husband of Sharon Furino (nee Orvis). Loving father of Shannon Furino (Jonathan James). Cherished Grandpa of Wyatt Jack James. Dear son of Mildred Furino and Evo (“Bill”) Furino both predeceased. Dear brother of Ann Bataillard (Pierre), Peter Furino (Joann), Steven Furino (Sabine), Michael Furino (Joanne), and Andrew Furino. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.

He will be remembered as a very caring and generous person. Robert was devoted to his loving family, especially his precious grandson, who was the light of his life.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Northern Cancer Foundation would be appreciated.
