Kathleen Susan McLeod passed away September 21, 2018 at her home in North Bay at age 75. Predeceased by her mother Patricia Ellen Burt and partner Thomas Russell Ashby, she is survived by dear friends and extended family. Susan was born at Catherine Booth Hospital in Montreal on August 31, 1943. She later moved with her family to Toronto where she spent most of her life. She enjoyed a successful career as a buyer for several organizations including Simpson’s, Stedman’s, Toy “R” Us, and Walmart. In retirement she lived in Nova Scotia and finally settled in North Bay. Susan was an intelligent woman and fabulous cook who enjoyed entertaining in her home. She will be missed by those who knew her. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a future date.
