72 years
Beloved husband of Claire Provincial and Debbie Provincial, both predeceased. Loving father of David (wife Kim). Cherished Grandpa of Ashley (Myke), and Candice (Mat). Dear son of Andrew and Aline Provincial both predeceased. Dear brother of Paul (Karen), Joey (Lynn), Lorne (Ida), Bruce (Leslie), Irene (Morris Ratelle predeceased), Cathy (Gerry Belanger) both predeceased, and Shirley (Roy Myre). Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Special friend to Richard, Georgette, and Lucy. Fred enjoyed a cold beer, hunting, and fishing.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Northern Cancer Foundation would be appreciated. At Fred’s request, there will be no visitation or service. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. Arrangements entrusted to the Lougheed Funeral Home.
