Obituary for George Allen Walli

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of a wonderful man. On Thursday, October 24, 2019 at the age of 80 our amazing father George Allen Walli left this world to join our mother Ronda (Hunt), our brother David and his grandson Brandon Walli. George is also predeceased by his mother (Tynne), father (George), sister (Lillian) and brothers (Vilho, Selmi, Arvo, Einar and Urho). Cherished father to Mark (Donna), Tom (Val), Kevin (Dee), Matthew and Walli by association Wayne Lausch (Colette). Beloved Grandpa of Robyn (Steve), Tabitha (Tyler), Trevor, Holly, Austin, Matti and Raija. Great-Grandpa to Kaylee and Nathan. Special friend Elvi Niemi. Dear brother-in-law to Lois Walli, Janet Walli, Joan & Des Rickard and David Hunt. Respected uncle to many nieces and nephews. Dad had a wonderful sense of humor, loved to tell stories and always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone. Dad was proud he was retired longer than his career with Inco. He was one on the founders of the Valley Association for Community Living. He had a passion for hunting, fishing, was a gifted gunsmith and jack of all trades. He loved spending time with family and friends at his camp on Barrie Island.
