Joan Shirley McMullan
(nee Davidson)
April 11, 1933 – October 19, 2021
88 years old.
Peacefully at Health Sciences North, Sudbury.

Survived by her husband Floyd, son Allan (Isabel) and daughter Carole McMullan Jokhu (Ravi) and the lights of her life, her 3 grandchildren, Simon, Alana and Elliot. Her sister in England,
Anne Griffin (Mike) and her nieces, Julia (children, Phoebe and Dylan) and Kathryn.
Also survived by her cousins Peg Willoughby and Linda Forrest.
Will be missed by many close friends including Barbara Yeomans, Val Huggins and family,
Edith Manzon and family and recently deceased Delia Miller and family.

Joan emigrated to Canada in 1954 from Orpington, Kent, England.
Floyd travelled across the Atlantic on his first overseas trip to marry her there in 1956.
They both returned to Canada where they enjoyed 65 years of marriage together.

The family would like to thank all staff at HSN emergency and Bayshore Home Health especially Kathryn who always went above and beyond with her help. Floyd and Joan always enjoyed and appreciated her visits.

A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, November 20th, 2021 at 2:30 pm in the R.J. Barnard Chapel, Jackson & Barnard Funeral Home 233 Larch Street, Sudbury. Friends may gather at the funeral home after 2:00 pm on Saturday. Masks are mandatory.
