Our support staff which includes a licensed Funeral Preplanner, are vitally important to the operation of our firm. Although these individuals are not licensed Funeral Directors, the behind-the-scenes presence of support staff is nonetheless critical to the day-to-day operation of our facilities.

Marie Vaillant, Funeral Preplanner

Marie Thériault Vaillant graduated from Northern Secondary School in Sturgeon Falls. She studied computer programming at Cambrian College graduating with distinction in 1983. Marie has worked for the Lougheed family since 1988 as a bookkeeper. She is the first Sudburian to have successfully completed the Funeral Pre-Planner Program with honours receiving her diploma with the inaugural class at Humber College of Applied Arts and Technology in 2014. Marie is fully bilingual and looks forward to assisting the people of Sudbury. She has been active in our community, volunteering with the Francophone Scouts in many capacities, participating in many choirs, most recently the Troubadours and currently volunteers at the Elgin Street Mission with the Lougheed team.

Marie Thériault Vaillant est graduée de l’école secondaire Northern à Sturgeon Falls. Elle a étudié en programmation d’ordinateur au Collège Cambrian graduant avec distinction en 1983. Marie travaille pour la famille Lougheed depuis 1988 comme commis comptable. Elle est la première Sudburoise a avoir complété avec distinction le programme de Conseillère en préarrangement funéraire et fut diplomé avec la classe inaugurale au Collège Humber en 2014. Elle est parfaitement bilingue et sera heureuse d’assister les gens de Sudbury. Depuis son arrivée à Sudbury elle a été active dans la communauté , comme bénévole avec les Scouts Francophones a divers titres, membre de plusieurs chorales, dont les Troubadours et dernièrement se porte volontaire avec l’équipe Lougheed à l’Elgin Street Mission.
