Beloved husband of Muriel (St. Hilaire) Recollet predeceased 2012. Loving father of Carol Edwards and Eddy both predeceased. Cherished grandfather of Michelle (Tom), John Andrew, Marianne (Ron), Emmanuel (Cynthia), David (Kathleen), Daniel, and many great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Alexander and Anni as well as all of his siblings. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Norman owned and operated the Post Creek Campgrounds for many years. He was the first Customary Chief of Wahnapitae First Nation, serving over 30 years.
