In loving memory of Lloyd Gervais, 77 years. Thursday, February 18th, 2021 at his home, with loving family at his side. Beloved husband of 56 years to Rachelle Gervais (nee Murphy). Loving father of Paulette (Terry Lemery) and Denise (Murray Campioni). Cherished grandfather of 5 grandsons and 3 great-grandchildren. Dear son of Joseph Louis and Emma (nee Castonguay) Gervais both predeceased. Dear brother of Shirley (Don Degagne) and predeceased by Camille. Dear brother-in-law of Michel (Shirley), Robert predeceased (Cherie), Carmen (Roger), Jean Marc (Kathy), Daniel (Dawn), Marie Anne (Owen), and predeceased by Paul and Regis. Sadly missed by his lifelong friends, Louis Dines and Bob Bonhomme. Lloyd worked for 35 years for the C.N.R. before retiring in 1996. He loved hunting and fishing and was a self-described “back-yard grease monkey”. He will be lovingly remembered for his love of nature, his generosity of spirit, and his wonderful mischievous smile. Special thanks to the Maison McCulloch Hospice for their care and compassion. Due to COVID-19, a Memorial Mass will be held in Our Lady of Peace Church, Capreol, at a later date.
