Obituary for Terry Vernon Sullivan

Terry Vernon Sullivan CITT, born in North Battleford Saskatchewan, passed at his home in Sudbury, Ontario on February 15, 2021 at the age of 71. Terry was a devoted husband of 40 years to Michele, father of Sean (Stacy), grandfather of Galen, Cullen and Ronan. He was predeceased by his parents Doris and Henry, Stepfather Ken, and brothers Jim and Wayne. He will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews, and other family members. He worked for INCO Ltd as a supervisor in traffic in the Manitoba division and transferred to Sudbury in 1992 working as a logistics specialist for traffic and retiring in 2005. Terry possessed a voice for radio, a wicked sense of humour and an uncommon sense. He was home base for his family as they made their way about the world. He was the comforting voice on the other side of a phone call or conversation, and was always there to listen, lend a helping hand or come to the rescue. Terry loved Halloween, cooking, comedy and getting lost in the woods looking for a fishing spot. He never forgot to call his brother-in-law Joel on Friday the 13th with his best scary voice. He also enjoyed sitting on the front porch with his cat and chatting with anyone who passed. We would like to thank Line, who provided Terry company and care, and continues to be a blessing in our lives. We will forever miss him and cherish our memories of this good and loving man. For now, he’s just up the hill and around the corner. TTFN. Ta ta for now. Donations to Sick Kids Hospital or Diabetes Canada would be appreciated.
