We all, as a family, have had a special place in our hearts for Mrs. Skowronski. Her kindness, hospitality, and ability to amiably kid with our two boys in just the right way, made a stop to see her on summer trips to Sudbury a real pleasure. We are grateful for the many memories we have with her, and, most fortunately, that our boys got to know her (and they will always remember her, also).

Gloria was a devoted friend to my Babcia and Dziadzia, and for that I will always be thankful and appreciative. I will personally miss her quick wit and ability to engage others in lively conversation. It was always a pleasure to run into my second Babcia, Mrs. Skowronski, and she will surely be missed. It is with heavy hearts that we hear of the passing of our dear friend and neighbor Gloria Skowronski. She watched my brother, Ed and I grow up and always had great helpful advise for us. She was a devoted friend to my mother, Eva. Eva counted on Gloria when Eva's health was not the best for a pick me up phone call and even other assistance, like deliveries from the European delicatessen. Her love for the Polish and Donovan community will be missed. She was quick to share the latest interesting community stories and her sense of humor always brought a smile to our faces.
