My heart and soul sank when I was told last night about the passing of our Mom. It has taken me until tonight to gather my thoughts. Her passing is truly an end of an era for me. From the road hockey games and hot chocolates after, to the meals, to the fun, to the discipline, to the rink fun, to her contagious laughter and sense of humour .... And most of all, personally, the support and love of a Mom. As James said, I as well feel fortunate to have been embraced by such a special person! I will miss you Lil ! ...as much as I do my own parents. My true heart felt thoughts are with you Marilyn, Greg, Murray, Dale and Danny. I will never forget your Mom!!!

Danny,Dale,Murray,Greg,Marilyn, George and the extended McCourt and Armstrong families. Growing up constantly around the McCourt household Lillian was always laughing and joking. Her treatment of me and any of the "Falconbridge boys" was second to none. She brought joy to us all and I consider myself lucky to have grown up somewhere I would be graced with her humour and goodwill. My condolences on your loss. James

I was very saddened to hear of this dear lady's passing. She was so much fun at our ACW Deanery meetings and Annual conferences. I was also very pleased to provide wedding cakes for a couple of her children. she was so proud of you all. I so admired her care of her mom through the years as well. she was such a strong lady. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers in the days ahead. She will be missed indeed.

Dear Marilyn, Danny, Dale, Greg I am so sorry to learn about Lil passing. I am really going to miss see her when I go to Sudbury. I met Lil when she was working at Falconbridge Sudbury and I was working at Falconbridge Timmins. Just before I open my mail I was thinking of her because I am doing my baking and I always brought her some her. I am going to miss out lunches. Our condolences to the family. We met Lillian at the apartment block where we lived. Her and some of the other ladies loved sitting out front during the summer. She was very friendly and always had something witty to say...she loved joking around! Although we haven't known her for long, she will not be forgotten. We offer our deepest sympathy to Lillian's family. We enjoyed her company for several years on Monday's senior curling at the Falconbridge curling club. She enjoyed the curling but most of all she enjoyed the socializing after the game and we enjoyed her stories, her good humour and her delicious lemon meringue pies. May the good times shared with your dear loved one bring you some comfort. She was a great lady.

We are very saddened to hear of the passing of our friend and special lady Lillian.Lil always had a wonderful smiLe and infectious laugh, was always kind and wanting to know how we were. She would always refer to me as Susie and I loved that.She always asked about our children and how they were doing. We have many fond memories of Lil and our times at St. Mark's church. We wish to extend our deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathies to the family. We will miss her.
