Msgr. David Cresswell was a very special person for so many people. We extend our condolences to the family at this difficult time. He was the priest who performed our marriage ceremony at the Pro Cathedral in North Bay (29 years ago). We often reflect on his famous words shared during the ceremony...in marriage, “Two Shall Become One” ...a simple but powerfull message that rings true for married couples. Msgr. Cresswell will be missed by many. God Bless!

I met father Dave as a kid through my cousins (The Pickett Family) - he was a great friend to our family and had an awesome sense of humour. He will be missed. Glad I got to know him !

Awe, what a great man and big heart he had, always a smiling face, and a joke to tell. All the great times the Clement family shared with him and the Canadian gang in Godrich, always the life of the party . I am so saddened by the loss of a Great Servant Of God. Father David was my idol being a resident of Coniston since birth. I was so proud of Father David when he was ordained into the priesthood. Msgr.Cresswell (Uncle Dave) was one of the most influential people in my life. He was instrumental in guiding my vocation. I will miss him greatly.
