Margaret, Norman and Helmut. It is with great sadness and sympathy that I write these few lines. Although I have not lived in Sudbury for a long time I have fond memories of your dad. When I was very young I remember he cut his lawn with a "reel" mower and he drove a "real" Volkswagen Beetle. Both seemed so cool to me then and still do now. The first time he gave me a ride in the Beetle it seemed so fast, although it might just have been his Andretti style driving. Now every time I see an original Beetle he still comes to mind and when I cut my lawn with my own modern fancy "reel" mower I cannot help but smile at the inspiration. He will not be forgotten.
