In loving memory of Katherine Sweezey (nee Wychara), 82 years.
Passed away on Monday, April 27th, 2015 at Extendicare Falconbridge. Beloved wife of Donald Sweezey of Capreol. Predeceased by her parents Nicholas and Rosie Wychara, her sisters Martha Noble, Mary DelPapa and brother Tony. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Katherine will be deeply missed by her devoted husband Donald and lovingly remembered by her family and friends. She was a kind and gentle woman who loved her church and family. She was a member of the Rebekahs and ACW for many years. Katherine was a member of the church choir and the Capreol Choir. She taught the art of Ukrainian Egg Painting, enjoyed painting sceneries, loved nature, music and was an avid gardener. She was an excellent baker and had many more talents. Thank you to the Extendicare Falconbridge for the wonderful care given to her. She will be missed by many. A memorial service will be held at the St. Alban the Martyr Anglican Church, Capreol on Wednesday, September 16th, 2015 at 2 PM. Memorial donations to St. Alban the Martyr Church, Capreol or charity of choice would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to the Lougheed Funeral Home.
