After a brief illness she left peacefully
on Thursday, March 30th, 2017
at Health Sciences North
at the age of 84 years.

Beloved wife of Omer Hérard (predeceased in 1984) and Harold Sharkey (predeceased in 2010). Daughter of Louis & Alice Remillard (née Robert) both predeceased. Loving mother of Robert (predeceased)(Cindy), Donald Hérard, Linda Hérard and Kevin Serre. Stepmother of Linda Byers (Vic), Carol Ann Lauzon (Rolly) and Mike (Mary). Special Mimi to Nicky (Max) Cryderman and Don Hérard. Grand-Mimi to Gwen, Ruby and Sophie. Special Memere to Garry, Bryan, Marc, Sylvie, Harold, Michelle, Kevin (predeceased) and Randeelee. Dear sister of Félicia Serre of Sturgeon Falls. Predeceased by her brothers Roger, Lucien & Rolland and her sisters Léa Guerin, Rita Labelle, Rollande Pigeau and Germaine Rainville.

Jacqueline was known as “Aunt Jackie” to many. She made sure that no one ever left her house hungry and that no child was left homeless. She was a foster mother to many and special to Jocelyn Hamilton, Paul Serre and Harry Gervais.
