Dear wife of Floyd Edward Oickle (predeceased September 27th, 2005). Loving mother of Jennifer (husband Brian Bechard) of Sudbury, and Colleen (husband Steven Anstey) of Falconbridge. Cherished grandmother of Dylan and Elliot Bechard, and Andrew Anstey. Dear daughter of John and Jessie (McMaster) McGibbon both predeceased. She was predeceased by her sisters Mildred Bell, Gladys Kusan and Jean Joudrey (husband Philip of Sudbury), Jack McGibbon predeceased and Lorne McGibbon (wife Clara ) of Toronto. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Joyce was devoted to her family and a member of the U.C.W. at St. Stephen on the Hill Church.
