Condolence From: Ellen Rukholm Toivo Rukholm kaylene, Matti, Jakob and Gavin
Condolence: Myrt was a teacher colleague mentor and dear friend. we miss her very much. she was an amazing humanistic person as our so Jakob said she trusted me to build her stairs and dock at the age of 18. Our three
sons washed sanded and stained her little cedar house. She and our son Matti planned and landscaped her garden. All three sons played chess with her often on aSunday afternoon after either running across the frozen lake or in summer canoeing. for me she opened my eyes to nursing supported me through many challenges. she was a kind loving person who holds a special place in our hearts and memories

Condolence From: Rosemary Kohr
Condolence: Myrt was one of the first contacts I had with nursing in Sudbury . She convinced me, with her warmth, her interest in me as a person, to enroll in the BScN program at Laurentian. She was always there for me, at her home or office, to help me work through career and life decisions.
She was the best, as a teacher, and as an inspiring nurse. Myrt's willingness to take chances and see promise helped launch my nursing career. I have always retained the memory of her encouragement, and hopefully encouraged others in the same way.
Light a candle, raise your glass to toast this wonderful woman.

Condolence From: Rev. Phil & Mrs. Carolin Heinze
Condolence: Myrt was a warm, giving individual. I was delighted to be her colleague on various Eastern Synod Boards and Committees during those years when she actively served her Lord through the ELCIC. Carolin and I loved the opportunities we had to visit with her at her home on the lake and we enjoyed our conversations and I, particularly, enjoyed reminiscing about those long ago days when she together with her mom and dad would visit with me and my family in Wellesley, ON.
Myrtle was a wonderful person and a gift to the church and the medical profession.
