Rosemary Kohr
Myrt was one of the first contacts I had with nursing in Sudbury . She convinced me, with her warmth, her interest in me as a person, to enroll in the BScN program at Laurentian. She was always there for me, at her home or office, to help me work through career and life decisions.
She was the best, as a teacher, and as an inspiring nurse. Myrt's willingness to take chances and see promise helped launch my nursing career. I have always retained the memory of her encouragement, and hopefully encouraged others in the same way.
Light a candle, raise your glass to toast this wonderful woman.
